How AI-powered fulfillment works

From your client’s order to a lead in their CRM.

You sell leads to local businesses. This page shows what happens after one of them says yes: how AI finds their future customers, checks them, delivers them and follows up, and where our team steps in.

8 simple stagesAI does the heavy liftingAI SDR replies in 60 secondsRGN as your fulfillment partnerWorks across industries
First, who’s who

Three players. One simple idea.

You find businesses that need more customers. We produce the leads. They pay you for every lead they get.

You

The operator

You own the lead business. You sign up clients, set your prices and keep the relationship.

Your clients = “buyers”

The businesses you sell leads to

Law firms, roofers, med spas, contractors and similar businesses that want new customers. On this page we call them buyers.

RGN

AI + your fulfillment partner

Our AI finds, scores, verifies and delivers the leads, and our team watches over it behind the scenes.

1. Your client orders“I want people in LA who need a disability lawyer”
2. AI finds thempeople actively searching for that help, scored by intent
3. AI checks themreal person, real phone, they agreed to be contacted
4. AI delivers + follows uplead lands in your client’s CRM; the AI SDR texts and calls within 60 seconds
5. They call and reorderyour client closes the deal and buys more leads from you

The eight stages below are the detailed version of these five steps.

The lifecycle

Eight stages. AI runs most of them.

AI-automated runs on its own, 24/7 RGN team our team, as your partner Operator your decisions Buyer your client, the business buying leads

↺ Results from stage 08 feed back into the AI targeting in stage 02, so it gets sharper with every batch.

Stage 01 · Client onboarding

Your client tells us what they want.

  • Niche and the case or job types they want
  • Service area: states, counties or ZIPs
  • Lead spec: required fields and qualifying questions
  • Exclusivity, daily caps, business hours
  • Delivery destination: their CRM, a portal, email or SMS alert
  • Return policy: what counts as a bad lead

Client profile

Each lead is matched to your client’s area, niche and daily limit.

Delivery

A live connection into your client’s CRM, with instant alerts to the person who calls.

Test before live

Your client stays paused until a test lead lands correctly. Then they go live.

Stage 02 · Targeting

Turn “who we want” into filters.

A worked example from a live demo build for a disability law firm.

Region

California: Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino

Person

Ages 40–64 · lower-middle income · can’t afford upfront legal fees

Intent signals
VeteransMedical diagnosisWorsening conditionVA denial letterMissed deadlineHearing scheduledStuck in limbo
Narrowing in the demo build
~26,000searched disability-attorney topics in the last 2 days
+ high / medium intent score
+ email and phone on file
+ California only
363records ready to work, each with topics searched, income range and contact fields

Counts are from one demo build in Aug 2026 and change daily. They illustrate filtering, not a volume forecast. These are intent data records, not opt-in leads (see stage 03).

Stage 03 · Sourcing

Where supply comes from.

ChannelHow it worksConsent captured?Produces
Paid traffic → landing pageAds drive in-market people to a branded opt-in pageYes, at form submitLeads
Setter outreach → landing pageA setter reaches people showing intent and drives them to the opt-in pageYes, at form submitLeads
Intent audiencesSearch and browsing signals, plus website visitor identificationNoData, or setter targets
Social intent signalsPublic posts showing an active need, surfaced dailyNoData, or setter targets
Vetted partnersSupply from other providers, verified before resaleInherited, then auditedDepends on the source

Intent channels produce data. Only an opt-in on a landing page produces a lead.

Stage 04 · Enrichment + verification

Clean the data. Convert it into opt-ins.

Path 1 · Data hygiene
  • Phone validity and line type
  • Email deliverability
  • Litigator and Do-Not-Call scrub
  • Reassigned-number check
  • Dedupe against everything already sold
  • Identity and business match

Result: scrubbed data, worth more than raw data. Still data, not a lead.

Path 2 · Conversion
  1. A setter works the recordContact and qualify
  2. Opt-in on the landing pageConsent recorded
  3. Phone verified by SMS codeBecomes a sellable, verified lead

Records that decline go on a suppression list and are never worked again.

Stage 05 · Qualify + grade

Every record gets a grade.

GradeWhat the buyer getsConsentVerificationExclusivityPrice point
AOpt-in + appointment bookedWritten, on landing pageAppointment confirmedExclusiveHighest
BOpt-in, full info, verified phoneWritten, on landing pageSMS code + consent certificateExclusiveHigh
COpt-in, phone not verifiedWritten, on landing pageConsent certificateShared or premium exclusiveMid
DIntent data list / visitor IDNoneNone (hygiene optional)Non-exclusiveLowest

A, B and C are sold as leads. D is sold as data, under its own name, to a buyer who runs their own outreach.

Stage 06 · Route + deliver

Matched and delivered as it arrives.

Lead arrivesfrom a form, setter or partner
Validation gatename, email, phone required; duplicates rejected
Rule matchniche · geography · caps · hours · exclusivity
Buyer selecteddirect match or rotation across matched buyers
Deliveredpushed into the buyer’s CRM + alert

Delivery trail

Every lead has a record of where it came from, which rules it matched and when it landed.

Caps and balances

Delivery stops at the buyer’s cap or prepaid batch, so nobody gets more than they paid for.

Disputes

Returns are logged against the original delivery, so credits are clean and auditable.

Stage 07 · CRM + speed-to-lead

The AI SDR follows up before your client picks up the phone.

Opt-in leads · grades A–C
  • Contact created and tagged with source and grade
  • Instant alert to your client’s caller
  • AI SDR replies within 60 seconds by text, email and voice, 24/7
  • AI qualifies the lead and books the appointment on the calendar
  • Pipeline stages: new → contacted → booked → signed
  • A reply creates an opportunity and notifies the buyer
Data programs · grade D
  • Audience delivered to the buyer’s CRM or as a list
  • Email campaigns run by the buyer, under their own consent obligations
  • Audience synced to the buyer’s ad accounts, so ads reach people already in-market
  • Setter outreach to drive opt-ins, which turns data into grade B/C leads

Buyers usually judge lead quality by how fast they respond. The AI responds first, every time.

Stage 08 · Report, return, reorder

Close the loop every week.

Report

AI-generated weekly results

Leads delivered, buyer response time, contact rate, appointments, outcomes.

Returns

Bad leads credited

Wrong number, out of area or duplicate, handled under the agreed policy.

Tune

AI learns

Booked and signed outcomes retrain the stage 02 targeting.

Reorder

Batch replenished

When the prepaid balance runs low, the next order goes in.

Who does what

AI does the work. You make the decisions.

Responsibilities reflect the standard program. Specific terms are set in each agreement.

In one line

AI finds → verifies → delivers → follows up → learns → repeats.

01

Targeting is precise

The buyer’s ICP becomes live intent filters, in any industry.

02

Consent decides the product

Opt-ins are sold as leads. Intent records are sold as data.

03

AI runs fulfillment

Routing, delivery, AI SDR follow-up and reporting run on their own, with our team as your partner.

Examples and counts are illustrative. Results vary by niche, market, budget and buyer follow-up. No specific lead volume or outcome is guaranteed.
